Policies

ALL sales are FINAL. NO returns, NO refunds, NO order cancellations.

 

Once an order is placed it CANNOT be modified. Please make sure address is entered correctly before checking out.

 

If your package gets returned back to us, YOU will be responsible for paying the shipping fee once again.

 

We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages. (We offer Priority and Signature on packages for extra security!)

 

If anything is wrong with your order such as damaged or missing item please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your package. We will make every effort to correct the issue but unfortunately after 24 hours we won’t longer be able to replace the item(s).

(If an item is getting replaced/refunded and being returned to us, it must be sent back in the same packaging and condition that you received it in.)

 

Orders may take 1-5 business days* to process and ship out once the order has been placed.  

*Business days: Monday-Friday, excluding holidays & weekends
