TERMS & CONDITIONS

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Red Rose Lashes & Cosmetics ships via USPS for all packages. 

Shipping & Handling charges are :

USPS First Class $6.50, with Signature $9.50

USPS Priority $9.50-$12.50, with Signature $12.50-$15.50

USPS International First Class $16.50-$26.50

USPS International Priority $36.00-$66.00

Please track your order via USPS.com with the tracking number sent your phone number and/or email once your order has shipped. 

Processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time is 2-5 business days within the United States. *Please keep in mind these times may vary during holidays. **During Covid-19 delays may occur which are out of our control.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

DAMAGED, LOST, STOLEN ITEMS / ROUTE +

We offer Route+ Package Protection for an extra cost of about 1%-2% of your orders total, which protects damaged, lost or stolen packages to offer you a refund or replacement. 

If you choose to decide to not include Route+ to your order, Red Rose Lashes & Cosmetics LLC will not be responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages.

MISSING / INCORRECT ITEMS


If you receive an incorrect or have a missing item from your order, please contact us via email at RedRoseLashes@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. 

We will make every effort to correct the issue but unfortunately, after 3 day we will no longer replace the item(s).

If an item is getting replaced and being returned to us, it must be sent back in the same packaging and condition that you received it in.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Once an order is placed it cannot be modified. Please make sure the address is entered correctly before completing the purchase.

If your package gets returned back to us, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee once again.

We will do our best in reaching out as soon as possible once we receive your package, but if we have not messaged you within 5-10 business days of your tracking number stating it has been returned to us, please reach out as soon as possible via email at RedRoseLashes@gmail.com. (Please include your order number and confirmed address for faster process.)

PAYMENT METHODS

We offer PayPal and AfterPay at checkout. 

When checking out with PayPal, you may complete your purchase as a guest if you do not have an account with them.

When checking out with AfterPay, you must have an account with them to complete your purchase.

All sales are Final. No returns, refunds or order cancellations.
